In the middle of the beautiful Maisen Valley on the outskirts of Bad Urach is the Urach Waterfall, probably the most beautiful waterfall in the Swabian Jura.

The karst spring falls here in free fall from a height of 37 m and then runs another 50 m over a steep, moss-covered tufa cushion down into the valley.
