For more than 45 years, the name “Tress” has stood for home-made pasta and spaetzle. At our only location in Münsingen – in the middle of the Swabian Jura biosphere reserve – we manufacture a variety of pasta specialties according to traditional craftsmanship.

With great innovative strength and many years of experience, we have decisively shaped the pasta market. Today, Tress, with over 90 employees, is one of the leading pasta manufacturers in Germany.
