The unique themed museum is dedicated to the 6,000-year history of bread as an indispensable basis of human existence, culture and civilisation.

The collection includes over 16,000 objects from more than 30 collection areas, 700 of which can be seen in the permanent exhibition. The history of bread begins with the cultivation of the grain.
